The Last Resort by British photographer Martin Parr.
Shows families on vacations in New Brighton. The work was highly controversial when first published in 1985, recognizing Parr for his satirical observations of society.
Parr's view is a stunning satire on 1980's lower classes of Britain. Although sometimes his point of view comes across arrogant, with his vivid color and overload detailed compositions, the fact remains that these people are having fun.
