sadly took her life by jumping out a Manhattan loft window in 1981 at just 22.
It's almost impossible to separate her life story from her work.(Taken between 1975 and 1981). Her self-portraits were unnervingly intimate, providing a glimpse into a brilliant, yet fragile and troubled psyche. Dark and beautiful, they have a way of getting under your skin.
